Welcome to H&I Desk Assistant Training. This module has two main components, Required Training and Quick Links. 

The Required Training module contains trainings about how to read a call number and search on Scholar OneSearch. 

The Quick Links module contains all of the important links needed for you to successfully do your job. Passwords to any required systems are available in the IDEAS Student Employees channel.
