How to Update a Document Delivery Slip:

1. Go to Electronic Delivery Utility

2. Log-In

  • User Name: illstudent
  • Password: ill

3. Make sure that you are on the Document Delivery side of this application. In the top toolbar, select Process Type and make sure Document Delivery is checked off.

4. You should see the record for the article you just scanned and sent from BScan. Select Process.

  • If you do not see the record, then (from the top toolbar) select Refresh.

5. A pop up window will appear notifying you that “1 item has been processed.” Select OK. The article record will disappear.

6. Recycle the pull slip. Place books on the NU Loan Return truck and periodicals on the Periodical/Journal Return truck.

How to Update a Rapid Slip:

1. Go to the Rapid website at https://rapid2.library.colostate.edu/Default.aspx

2. Log-In

  • User Name: NED
  • Password: NE4rapid

3. On toolbar at the top of the page, under Lending, select RapidX.

4. Select Send Rapid Request.

5. Select Choose File(s).

6. Make sure you are in the “BScan Save on Disk” file folder located on the Desktop and scan the barcode on you Rapid slip. (This selects the correct file for you.)

7. A record for the article will appear highlighted in green. You have successfully updated and sent the article. (If the record is highlighted in red, then try uploading the file again.)

8. Recycle the pull slip. Place books on the NU Loan Return truck and periodicals on the Periodical/Journal Return truck.
