Step 9: Continue learning!

Now that you’ve started using Tableau, you can continue learning more about how to use it on your own with help from resources on the internet. As you explore further, here are our top tips:

  • Search Google for helpful advice when you are stuck or when you want to learn something new. For example, if you want to learn how to change the color of the bars in your bar chart, try Googling "Tableau how to change color of bars in bar chart" and reading forums with similar questions for helpful answers.
  • Tableau has an undo button. If you make a change that you don't like, use "ctrl-z" on a PC or "command-z" on a Mac to undo your changes.
