This guide helps Northeastern University students add metadata to their items on ArcGIS Hub and share them with the Research Data Services (RDS) Data Retention Group. By following these steps, you can ensure your data is well-documented and preserved, remaining viewable even after graduation. Although ownership of the data will transfer to RDS to enable retention, it will still be accessible through the same link for future use.
