Review the available board games

There are several ways you can find the right game for your gathering:

  1. Review this list of board games.
  2. Stop by the Help and Information desk on the first floor of Snell Library and look through the game binder, which includes information about each game in the collection.
  3. Search in Scholar OneSearch, the library’s online catalog and discovery system on the library homepage, by the name of a specific game to see if the library has it. A record for the game will show up in your search results if it is part of the collection.

The records in the list, binder, and Scholar OneSearch all highlight key information about each game, including the number of players and the estimated playing time.

Some popular games include:

Make sure that the game you would like to check out is available; if the record for the game in the list or in Scholar OneSearch says “checked out” it means that the game is in use by someone else. You will need to wait for the game to be returned to the library before checking it out yourself.
