The Patent Trademark Resource Center program is an initiative of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to provide the public with trademarks and patent assistance. The PTRC is a network of public, state, and academic libraries. There are resource centers located across the country. Click here to find the nearest PTRC location.

Y Combinator is an organization that funds early stage startups. They have a series of videos from their annual Startup Schools that offer training and advice on launching startup companies.
