While the Snell Library building is closed, the library remains open. Many Northeastern University Library services are available online, and our staff remain dedicated to providing research assistance to students, faculty, and staff using new and existing remote services. This guide is intended to answer frequently asked questions and help users navigate the current landscape of online resources.

For questions about library services, research help or access to materials, please Ask a Librarian. For more information about Northeastern University's response to the COVID-19 virus, please visit the Coronavirus Response Page.
