The RegInfo site offers a gateway to federal regulatory activity.  Highlights include links to:

• the Unified Agenda and Regulatory Plan
• the e-Code of Federal Regulations (unofficial CFR)
• the official online Code of Federal Regulations
• the Federal Register, the Executive Branch daily, includes notices, proposed rules, final rules, meetings, etc. 1994 to present.
• HeinOnline's Federal Register/Code of Federal Regulations Library offers full-text access to the Register from 1936 to present.  The Code of Federal Regulations is available from 1938 to 2013.

Regulations.gov allows members of the public to review and comment on proposed federal regulations.

The RegMap offers a graphic overview of the entire federal regulatory process.

The Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR) is available online at the web site for the Massachusetts Court System.  

The NU Law Library provides a print copy of the Regulations.  Law Stacks  KFM2435 1986 .A43  The Law Library also has historical microfiche compilations of the CMR.
